Is Social Media Really Worth?
Only those who work for agencies will be in a situation to answer this. Everyone of us consume social media and want to be part of the tribe. So there's no question of if it's worth or not.
But for someone who's working in the client side, is the role worth? Social is a different kind of work than SEO. Atleast SEO has more weightage because the user comes to you and searches for something. But in social media, that's not the case.
And that's why brands and the people behind them need to be more creative to get the customer's attention.
Even if you do all that, you brand's voice will get lost in thousands of other posts.
