The new Counter Strike: Global Offensive update it out (more or less). Enabling a special launch command gives you full access to the new UI.

How to get it:

(Unfortunately, at the moment the Panorama update is only available for Windows users.)

That being said, I will show you how to enable panorama mode.

First, go to Counter Strike: Global Offensive in your Steam Library.

Now right click on it and click "properties"

It should bring up this menu:

Now you need to click "SET LAUNCH OPTIONS..."

Once you do that it should bring you to this menu:

One more step!

All you need to do now is enter in the special launch command:

"-panorama"

Once you click OK you can start up CounterStrike and will be greeted by the new UI!
