This update completely overhauls CS:GO's existing UI and changes it for a much nicer looking welcoming UI.
The whole entire menu screen, scoreboards, weapons menu, and pretty much every aspect of the UI has been changed.
Here is a look at the scoreboard, which you can now sort by kills, deaths, etc. (a much-needed feature):
Not only does the UI look nicer, but it is much faster.
The game loading time is apparently, and that small annoying delay when pressing ESC to go into menu is gone.

There is really no competition (the Panorama UI wins)
Another cool feature of the buy menu is the ability to view your teammate's weapons!
Now you won't get confused and buy an AWP without realising that there are already 2 AWPers on your team.
As to when this update will come out, I would guess in the next few days (but don't take my word on it).
In my opinion, the Panorama UI is a much-needed reboot for CS:GO. Though the update does not change the gameplay, it makes the game a whole lot better.
