EU court say that privac Schrem can bring a case against FB as an individal but there cann’t be a class action.

Schrems said that the "news" was that he could finally get FB into an EU cort after trying for a decade to do so in Ireland and Austria.
Schrems says that "there is no possibility to bring a class action in Austria."
