Meditations On Life~September-22-2017~Dealing With Gossip~
Lets Face it: In our Communities, we live in a glass house of sorts. Some people know more about our personal lives than they lead on to. Especially with social media They know how who we sped our time with, where we work, how many children we have, and so on, and so forth. And as most people do, they will imagine the things they don't know.
Most of us feel very unhappy when we hear that others have gossiped about us. But if we withdraw from our community and isolate ourselves we rob ourselves of the friendship and love, and shared experiences we have within the community we share.
A better way to deal with gossip.
A better way to deal with gossip is to simply accept things the way they are, and the way that God has created us. and to live our lives according to Spiritual principles. **The more secure we are with ourselves and our beliefs and living with integrity. The better our choices we make, and living by the guidance of our loving God. The less the opinions of others will matter to us.
