Book your air tickets and land at Kuala Lumpur, then use the bus as your transport media to making trip to the hills that be on the border of Pahang and Selangor. After arriving at the bus station, just take a break and immediately to the cable car ticket seller.

Here, one of the main alternative transportation to go to Genting Highland is by using the Cable Car (Skyway). Reportedly, the cable car have the longest route in Asia, which is 3.38 km! It will take about 10-12 minutes, because the cable car will run at a speed of 21 KM / hour.

Enjoy the sights of interest, in front of and below you there are hills that consists of a variety of plants. Forest age is already more than 100 years, are under the protection of government and getting good care. No illegal logging or destroying the forests.

After ordering a ticket, and headed to the cable car station, my heart was pounding. I saw many directions, including to look at the big wheel above where I was standing, this wheel is a tool (motor) which is used as the axis of the cable. The Mist Inhibiting Eyesight

That morning, when I arrived at the bus station of Genting, the landscape is still misty, it may be I arrived too early and the weather was very cold. But I enjoyed every moment of my trip. This was my first experience being in a cable car. Previously I just enjoy a height while inside the plane only.

On our way when we were in the gondola, something happened. I feel restless, because at that time I could not reach long-term outlook. The mist stop my visibility. You can see it in the photo, almost no other visible cable car, no green trees can be seen.

Still on the way, suddenly the cable car stop by itself. My friend there get pray, may God help him. In my heart I had thought, that this is a normal thing happen, not a disaster. Luckily, we getting voice signal on the radio, the voice was coming from the cable car station, they remind us to don't panic, because the cable car would start running again. One minute later, the cable car back running normally.

In the gondola, I saw the safety equipment that has been provided by officers, and until today still can be used, such as radio to contact the station officer and an emergency door on it. There are also information boards that I can read for safety while inside the train. Actually, the main cable car door can not be opened at any time, the door will only open automatically when the train arrived at the station. So I'm not afraid if there is bad intentions of a friend to throw me down. Hahaha

After 11 minutes above the clouds, I arrived at Genting. There are a few nice places that we could go, for those of you who like to relax and enjoy the feel of somewhere for several days, here you can look for best resorts, if you bring the family and children, there is an indoor theme park that must be visited.

And, for those of you who like the game (gambling), the casino at this place deserves a try. There are so many rides and other attractions that will pamper you. Actually, at this point there are Outdoor Theme Park, but unfortunately we could not get in because it is currently under renovation. Maybe next year you can enjoy it.

For those of you who like the food and liked the variety of the world's food menu, you can choose one among the many food and beverage outlets. Not only fast food outlets, but a fancy restaurant that provides food is very expensive can also visit it.

We were at the bus station at night, I could take a picture one of oldest gondola. This is a gondola that they used since the first cable car station was built, in 1997. Genting Highland is called too "Malaysian Las Vegas", you can visit here if you have spare time and money.
