We took a short 15 minute break and then got back to making the party music in this second broadcast.

  • After a 15min break I start my second broadcast and show our environment (living room) and our instruments (bass, drums, steel pan) 00:00. Me and Max chat a little too. He plays the drums and I play the bass. We try to be cute.

  • The first song we play is at 05:22, and it's an original tune called "Little Witchy". Do you recognize the feel? Some call it Samba Reggae and it's from Brazil 🇧🇷. This song will be on @steelparade's new album for 2018.

  • At 09:41 we go right into a soca feel to reveal a Disney classic.

  • Jump to 15:11 to hear Bob Marley's "Three Little Birds". I sing harmony with @steelparade in this one.

  • Skip directly to 23:10 to hear us perform a NEW original tune. I think it's called, "Let's Run Away".

  • Here we are at 29:01 performing Bobby Vinton's "I Love How You Love Me." We do it in a funky style. It's kinda something we're having fun with. Funk it all up.

If I don't qualify to be funky, then I'll be funked.

  • Speaking of funked, skip to 29:30 to hear a bass mistake. I'm mentioning it because it kinda worked and we all make a funny face.

  • Be the first person to name the Television show that the song at 33:09 comes from and I'll give you a 100% upvote.

  • Drummer plays steel drum and steel drummer plays the drums at 39:01. I change the camera angle and they switch instruments.

  • Here "Red, Red Wine," in a rock reggae style similar to UB40 at 49:03. The camera angle is fun and that pillow hair from earlier is blowing in the wind without obstructing the view at 51:16. It almost looks like the hair is moving in time will the music.
  • At 55:53, we perform "Dance With Me", a NEW Steel Parade original song. Look for "Dance With Me" in the new album scheduled for 2018!

  • Skip to 01:01:05 to hear our rendition of Randy Travis's "Forever and Ever Amen".

  • Have you ever heard a steel drum band do a country classic? At 01:06:35 we play "Helena." Sorry, no drum solo this time.

Silly Birthday Present : 🎁

  • The party music turns to the birthday boy who talks about the abundance of gag gifts he has received at 01:13:27. It's cool to watch if you're looking for party ideas. I change the camera angle and it's cool if you want to see me squirm and get a good view of my Fender Jazz Bass Deluxe.
  • We sing happy birthday the Steel Parade style at 01:21:20.
  • That takes us into the song call, "Everybody Loved A Saturday Night" at 01:22:06.

  • Our very last song of the night is an Elvis tune at 01:28:50. We do a reggae version of the classic known as, "Can't Help Falling In Love."
