Here are some common habits you must know that is surprisingly affecting our health :

  • Exercising
We all think that exercising will always have good impacts on our body. You might be surprised by knowing that exercise than sometimes lead to negative health effects rather than positive. We all have an exercising threshold that we must consider when we exercising. Working out too much can actually lead to reduced energy and weaker immunity. When we put our body under pressure, it grows in capacity. However, putting too much pressure on our body can leave us exhausted without allowing us sufficient time to recover. It could also halt the gradual progression of our workout forcing you to stop after a few days.
  • Worrying
Worrying is inevitable, and it is sometimes productive as it can protect us from bad consequences. However, most of the times we ignore the fact that we are constantly worrying too much on the inside while we normally carry out our everyday tasks. The reason we ignore it is that apparently, we look just fine to others when there is a lot going on inside us. If you find yourself in such a situation, it’s a good time to stop that. Worrying too much about small issues as an everyday thing can have serious consequences for your health in the long run. It can also impact your body indirectly by making you sleepless, causing you migraines and hypertension. The best way to go about solving this problem is to talk to yourself in terms of personal counseling and evaluate the issue in a practical way. After figuring it all out, we should stop thinking more about it.
  • Sleep deprivation
Our body needs just the right amount of sleep every single day. Sleep isn’t something that can be built up and done later the next day. If you lose a few hours of sleep, it’s gone and that time won’t come back. Sometimes we undermine this fact and make ourselves believe that we can function well through the day at home or office without getting enough sleep and it doesn’t matter if it’s done once or twice in a week. The approach is wrong and has many serious consequences in the long run including an increased risk of stroke and heart attack.
  • Skipping on meds
Sometimes we are too busy with the work and try to cram in several tasks each day which makes us forget about our medicines. Other times we are just careless about the timeliness of the doses we are supposed to take. Whatever the case may be, it could be bad for our health. medicines are supposed to be taken in a timely manner throughout the course. By skipping it we can break the entire cycle of it, we could also give a new vitality to the disease we are trying to fight, which could become more resistant.
  • Fear
The thing about fear is that it’s not just related to our emotional health, it’s also an essential factor for our physical health. It could be manipulated to our advantage, or it could negatively impact our health. The choice is always in our hands. We all are aware how fear is capable of causing different symptoms in our body. Our brain is where our health originates from. The best way to prevent is to using fear as a source of motivation and drive to face the things that you’re afraid of. It can make a person more strong both emotionally and in terms of health.
  • Prevention and checkups
Most of us tend to ignore the importance of regular medical checkups and preventive measures against things that could damage our health. the timely medical examination can certainly prevent us from several health conditions which could develop severe health consequences if they’re not diagnosed at the right time.
  • Googling everything
In the age of the internet, we tend to google everything about our health conditions before seeing our doctor about the problems. This could lead to wrong case diagnosis and we may harm ourselves by acting upon wrong medical advice and treatment.

Conclusion
It all burns down to the point that we must care about our health more than we currently do. Health is a blessing and we often fail to realize the importance of it until we get sick. By knowing about these little things we can prevent ourselves from bigger health problems in the long run.

Lovely post @steemhealthcare.
We must also not underemphasize the effect of nutrition on health. Making little changes to our diets can add up to BIG health benefits.
Nutrition is one of the major determinants of health. Let's not forget to eat right.

There are some habits that have been ingrained into us for our health.

Whether unconscious habits from our personal lives or misguided values from the society, our lack of attention toward these health mistakes can have medical repercussions down the road.
Good post @steemhealthcare

Dear @steemhealthcare, you are missing comma under the heading Sleep deprivation.

The approach is wrong and has many serious consequences in the long run, including an increased risk of stroke and heart attack.

This is such a good article, it really hit me. Health, both physical and mental, should be the one thing we cherish the most, but it's so easy to overlook these mistakes we're constantly making. Worrying about everything is something I've always been doing, and now trying to get rid of the bad habit. There are just so many things I have no control over, so why to worry about them? It's not like me worrying will make any kind of a change... And that googling, I should really stop doing that, we all should, it's leading us nowhere!

I'm pretty sure there are a bunch of other people who need to see and read this as well, so this is definitely worth a resteem! :)

Couldn't agree with you more :) This is so important actions to take for your health :) Great post!
