Lately i had so many pimples around my face i used so many products but didn't work out until i changed my diet and made sure my skin is always clean.....now i can see positive changes on my skin

I have had pimples since i was in grade 7th. I know how it feels when each time you read articles on " ways to treat pimple effectively ". All the ways you have mentioned are really effective. Instead of stressing about the pimple one should accept it and let your body work on the healing process naturally. On my last visit to the dermatologists , the doctor suggested I tie my hair and not let them flow over my face as now a days we apply many chemicals on my hair and then let the hair fall on our face . This leads to the exposure to chemicals on your face. I dont know how much effective it can be to other people but always good to share information with others.

This is very true, exercising and eating less fat is a good way to go about pimples because once you exercise u melt all the excess fat in your body which means your skin will have not too much to bring out in terms of fat. also drinking a lot of water can be of help to help have a smooth skin and a glowing skin.
