The lucky one who finds that balance in his life .. his health and the exploitation of his time well
Thanks for the post‏

Before two months,I was very careless about these things and always I was like " I am fine" but then I visited dentist for the first time in my life and I am sure no one would like to hear what happened to me there. Now I regret why didn't I go for the check up first. I could have saved my teeth and had them in good condition.

Information that is very useful for our health all of them, Thank you for sharing a very interesting article.

Yes, check-ups are important. For the longest time, I was avoiding doctors because I felt they were more on the fear-side and pushing for treatment when it was not needed. I guess that's true for certain things, but it's good to know if your cholesterol or blood pressure is high so you can something about it.

Going to the dentist is really important. Thought I would never get a cavity, but they found one and nope, they don't go away on their own unfortunately. So good thing I went and got it patched up. Taking better care of my teeth because of it!

I, who is speaking from my own personal experiences of nearly being killed by the Mainstream Medical profession and ill trained highly ignorant Doctor's; I would have to have a broken bone and I still would be drug-in kicking and screaming, or unconsciencious to be examined by a Big Pharma. AMA Brainwashed Mainstream trained physician.
YOU can Save yourself, I did. I recommend people ONLY go see a Naturapathic N.D or a Functional intergrative M.D.

And more over become self educated and learn how to treat Malidies Holistically.
Thank you for allowing me to shine another light in an often times DARKER corner of our Pay to Play Medical Systems.

Even if you do not have anything right go to the doctor to look for potential problems! Very good publication!

Thank you @steemhealthycare for this awesome content,I enjoyed your wise advise, because some of us take this for granted, but i also think Regular health exams and tests can help find problems before they start. They also can help find problems early, when your chances for treatment and cure are better. By getting the right health services, screenings, and treatments, you are taking steps that help your chances for living a longer, healthier life. Your age, health and family history, lifestyle choices (i.e. what you eat, how active you are, whether you smoke), and other important factors impact what and how often you need healthcare...thank you again

very important information very good I think when we follow it our health will be good in daily routine

Vital information.... Regular checkup is important which should be based on all the body systems. People need to know and understand how useful it is to save lives... Great work

I agree whole heartedly with this write up. The two major issue preventing people from seeking regular check up are lack of finance and time. Good write up.
