What´s this Quote all about?
Did Elon Musk in the beginning know anything about Electric Cars, how to run an online Payment service or the whole science and engineering that you need to send a Spaceship into the Orbit? I don´t think so but what he got was a vision and the passion to make it come true.
For some it might sound strange but the most important in building yourself a successful career or business lies in the heart, mind and soul that you put into even the smallest details. The extra miles you go every day just to make your vision come true, to make everything perfect.
Whenever you stop to think about money, the opinions of others or anything else that might hold you back and simply start doing whatever you love, then the success will come to you one day. It might be a bumpy road but it´s one you will not regret going as you get up with a smile on your face every day to continue work on your vision.
Don´t make the mistake to put endless efforts in a project, career or business you don´t like to work on. First it´s not worth to waste your time on it as it doesn´t make you happy and second you will most probably not get far as everyone around you can feel that you don´t stand behind the things you do, that you´re missing the Passion.

Good point. Don't trade your limited time for working on things which you don't like. Today there are so many ways to earn a living that you can find one that you at least enjoy a little bit.
Fully agreed :) There are so many opportunities and so many potential customers for your ideas, services or products that you definitely will find a market for anything. You just got to show the people that you yourself think of it as something amazing. A good example on it might as well be Steve Jobs, who was just doing exactly that in the very beginning ;)

Very helpful 👍. However, it is also the case that after a while many people lose their motivation on things, even if they do things they love. There will be Tasks coming to you that you do not love but you have to accomplish this Tasks. There will always be some tasks that might not be your favorite ones. But it's definitely a difference whether you have to do them for the greater goal you love to achieve or just for a job you dislike...
Nice post @steembusiness. I fully agree with the quote . If you want success you will have to put your heart, mind and soul. No matter how small your act or work is. Even scientist , author, anybody who is starting work doesn't know how to start. But if he or she has passion, then definitely he or she will be guided by their mind. If you will put everything i.e. heart, mind and soul definitely success will come.

I think thats one thing Im missing in my current job is that my heart isnt in it. Im working hard most of the time, but I feel like its so draining
