Steem Is Awesome! - Bringing A Friend Closer To His Dreams!
It´s True, Steemit Can Change Lifes!
Last week I´ve asked for support from the Steem Community for a good colleague and friend of mine. I did so as I´ve been impressed by his story and the strength with which he´s going through his life while only having humble dreams like visiting his very good friends in Belgium.
The way he put aside his own needs and goals to be there for his family, to fully support them during hard times is still so inspiring for myself. He´s not focused on money at all but completely on supporting and uplifting others. Even whenever I introduced him to Steemit/busy.org his first idea was to use it for Charity projects instead of him accumulating enough funds for his dream of a journey to Belgium.

The Promised Proof, Here You Go!
Just like promised, here´s the short proof that all funds reached my buddy @omniknight. Once some Malaysian Ringgit in Cash from the SBD Payout as well as the Steem, which we used to get him up and running with his own account 😊
He´s really a great guy and I hope that some of you will welcome him with a great comment and maybe an upvote on his introduceyourself Post to get him started on here in a good way and bring him even closer to his dream 😉

I try to share with others this steemit.com , but there are a lot of people who say they do not have time to deal with it, and they must go to work.

You can't force them to join the revolution. I'd just ask them whether they like to earn sth through occasionally using a social network :)

I´ve already seen so many good things happening here on Steemit that my small action here isn´t really worth to be mentioned. It´s just a humble act that I had to do for a friend!
Steemit itself is such a great way to explore cryptocurrencies without having any need to invest, just enjoying the platform. Btw, Greetings from Belgium, tell him to visit Antwerp and to have a lot of fun there (try the beers, you won't regret it)
I agree that Steemit is a great start into the Cryptosphere. Be reminded though that without any outside investment the platform will die in the longterm. So in case you know some people who´d like to invest in steem you should hook them up ;)
Love to see the community coming together and helping out our fellow steemians! This is what the community needs going forward. Thank you for leading the way and showing us how its done!
It´s just a small step that I´ve made. A lot of other Steemians have done ways more already and it´s getting even more and more every day. The Steem Community is just the most amazing one!
It's really really hard to get to that state of life where you become the real giver to the society. All these religious scriptures talk about being in that state where you satisfy the desires of people around you , than your own.

I really got to say that it was an awesome feeling to help my friend. It hasn´t been much that I´ve done so far for him but even that meant the world to him already. Small actions sometimes lead to a huge reaction!
