Overheating in the case of a computer ??
Ever thought of mounting this : https://www.spirototaal.nl/slakkenhuis-ventilator/ extra on the air outlet, sucks a lot of heat away on the hot spot. Large flow rate and are used in 'weed boxes' to dissipate big heat + humidity. Make sure you don't suck in false air, the capacity decreases drastically.
I think that is s lesson that can be applied to all areas in life! ;0)
Yes , some are really cool. They change speed to maintain a constant air outflow.
But I'm pretty sure , one can mount a 'thermokoppel' aka thermometer inside 'the box' , so control is for constant Temperature and not for constant airflow.
