Children's emotions are the most sincere

in #life7 years ago

Hello! Today my friend with her young son came to visit us and we watched, how our children play together. It was very interesting and funny to pay attention to children's emotions. Children are very sincere beings. They do not know, how to dissemble, so laugh, enjoy, worry, sympathy from the heart. In a minute the child may experience many emotions, and they are very different from each other, e.g. the first child is angry, and after a few seconds already happy. That's what I remember from psychology class at the Institute. The child's emotions can be positive and negative. The reason for the emergence of negative emotions can be an increased tone, accusations and threats of adults, demands that the child can not fulfill, a desire that he can not satisfy, the conflict in which the baby is involved, or even an unpleasant situation, that he is watching from the outside.

The emotional sphere of a person is something complex and diverse. However, children are born with only basic emotional reactions, such as fear and love. Later children learn to be angry. They experience vivid negative emotions, when they do not get, what they want. Crying as a negative emotion becomes a way to draw the attention of others to themselves, to the fact, that the child feels uncomfortable. Parents should understand, that the child is often difficult to cope with emotions, they should help him.

When the child turns 1.5 years old, you can start talking about emotions. You can teach a child to formulate, what he feels: sadness, joy, anger, resentment. Later there is a special method, when a child paints his feelings and emotions. You can make special toys with different facial expression, which will represent a certain emotion. So the kid'd be easier to cope with the experience. If adults talk to children about this, it will be easier to establish trust, maintain good relations in the future. Do not forget, that in childhood the child goes through developmental crises, crisis of knowledge and skills, the mood is often influenced by the cutting teeth, the weather. At such moments, the child is especially capricious, prone to tears, hysterics, resentment. Adults should be with the baby at such times, to support him and in any case not to shout and not to swear in response. Love will cope with everything, that's the main recipe!

Accusations and threats from my parents were my worst experience ever when i was a kid. I could feel embarrased at every moment my mum talked to me, but i learnt a lesson, as parents (if you are one) to understand a child's emotions too and know how to deal with them. Otherwise, great information @springmelody

This is true because at a tender age children are never faced with worries of life which stands in ambit of disapointment and complexity of life

wow your post just put a massive smile on my face, a child's smile is so precious because you know that that child in that moment is just blissfully happy!
