I totally agree about the compounding; but, am reminded of the turtle...slow and steady wins the race.
Regarding roi that's the beauty of STEEM: the opportunity to invest in other assets.
I'm of the kis crowd; and, the organic posting helps me keep this blogging project in perspective. In the year since I joined, I've observed some very sad dealings of 'trusting' individuals who quietly lost more than they had to lose.
Speaking of investing in other assets, STEEM has been 'under maintenance' for weeks...how convenient...rme...another reason why it makes it super easy to not get involved with bots.

Most exchanges have not adapted to HF20 yet. Realistically, they will need to vest enough SP to have the RC for withdrawal requests. That's an unwelcome cost from an exchange perspective, so somebody will probably need to delegate to keep Steem listed on top exchanges.

Smh....this explains a whole lot. When millions are powered down and no one trusts it enough to power up by means of substantial investments...got it...very ponzy-ish...jmho...and supports my theory of why I'd never invest out-of-pocket...just sayin'.
