very wise words! i agree, to walk is very good for mind and i can also add cooking to this list because it helps me to relax and feel better, and of course to eat healthy food :)

Yes I have heard quite a few people suggesting that they find cooking therapeutic - I think these tasks have something in common in that they have a meditative quality to them.
