Hello dear steemians and welcome to another topic from my series My Philosophy i will give you 10 tips will help you to develop your communication skills with people.

The communication is the key for every heart and every mind, if you use it wisely you will be respected and be loved by people i will give you 10 tips will change your personality and will teach how to deal with people.

Tip number 1

Face people with smile, that will encourage them to discuss and share their knowledge with you.
The smile will give you the confidence and energy too.

Tip number 2

most of us goes to the work manager just to put up a problem. Instead of going to your manager in work with the problems, go to him with solutions. This will make you a reliable person when any problem occurs, and this will strengthen your power within your workplace.

Tip number 3

Learning by teaching; Meet the friends of the study or work, and explain to them the subjects or things you know but you find some difficulties in it, when you start teaching you will realize that you are starting to solve the difficulties that were faced you with that subject or thing.

Tip number 4

Listen carefully and be the last person talk, people are attracted to the person who listens to them and gives them full attention.
And being the last to speak will make your speech an audible speech that illustrates and summarizes all the words that have been said.

Tips number 5

To make yourself remembered from the first meeting try to spread the behavior naturally away from hypocrisy and arrogance. Try to make the person you met laugh with sincere and pure feelings.

Tip number 6
simplify your sentences formulation if the recipient does not understand the first sentence, that will people will give you their attention and love. the more recipients understands what you want to say, the more they get attracted to you.

Tip number 7
The tone of voice and vocabulary those things are important the tone of voice prove that you have a strong personality, avoid the scream or speak in whispers speak naturally and try to give your voice some strength. And the rich vocabulary will help you to communicate the idea easily.

Tip number 8
Quote The sentences of some successful characters to motivate the recipients and attract them to you as the metal attract to the magnet.

Tip number 9
Do not make from people words and failure a joke, this inevitably will keep them away from you, Always try to give advices and help anyone who needs you and need your motivation.

The last tip: the golden one
Think twice and speak once, Think about what you will say. Will it create a problem? Will be a misunderstanding? ... ask yourself those questions before every sentence.
