hey @socky, I recently had what i had concluded was a coolant leak on my 06 jeep grand cherokee. I could tell by the "splatter" that it seemed to be coming from the water pump, changed that out ( found what looked to be a flaw in the casting under the gasket, filled that). The leak seems to have stopped for now but the a/c sometimes doesn't want to blow upon startup, sometimes it takes a while and sometimes i just have to restart the car and it works, what's up with that??
You say the AC doesn't blow? I assume that there is no air coming from the vents.
It could be the blower motor resistor. I've replaced many of these. They get corroded and go bad. It is a common replacement. the connectors will also break and you can also find your "pigtail" harness at the part store. If you have to replace the pigtail, make sure you splice it properly. I found a really good youtube video that will help you out.
It could also be your blower motor relay or the signal that controls it. The signal normally comes from the computer and the computer gets an input from your dash switch, so the switch itself could be bad or going bad.
that would make sense but it seems to be intermittent, wouldn't a relay or resistor just go out all at once?

That is great. I always love folks with entrepreneurial goals. I can give advice for car repair problems, but this is not one of those questions.
I would guess it depends on your environment and clientele. If you need to drive rough roads, you would need a car with good suspension and that can take the abuse. If you need to travel narrow roads, you would need a small taxi. If you need to cross some flooded streets, you may want a car with high clearance. Ultimately, I would recommend researching "cost of ownership". Your maintenance costs and other costs will outweigh fuel economy. You will have to buy fuel for any car. One that is more fuel efficient than the other won't make that much difference.
