Let's Get Fit!

I had a chance yesterday afternoon to do a little exercise. I didn’t have my afternoon class, so I took advantage of it. I’ve been feeling weak lately, I really need to strengthen my body. I went to Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center, a local sports center in our place. A lot of people were jogging in the oval running track, so I went to the grandstand instead.

Here I am on top of the grandstand, in the north side is an overlooking view of the beach.

I went back-and-forth, going up and down for 3 times and my heart was pumping very fast. See how fast I am? Hehe

I only jogged a little coz I don’t want to force my body that much. But I can still feel the effect in my body. Hopefully I will have a free time and will do this again.

Great post. It's good to find ways to work out no matter where or when you are, we often think of if we can't get to a gym than we can't get exercise, but when we look around there are always physical things to do. Keep it up :)

Thanks! You're right. We should not neglect ourselves from doing physical activities.
