Here in Italy we have a proverb about the morning: Il mattino ha l'oro in bocca. Literally it means "The morning has the gold inside the mouth" and it's useful to remind us that in the morning we have the rigt energy to do (almost) anything. This is true especially in the Summer, where the hours in the morning are more fresh than the others ^_^

This morning I woke up early in the morning to enjoy the fresh air and after my usual cup of coffee I start to to do what I have to do with the right energy. Cleaning a bit my home and the lab, working on my new bamboos ideas and other activities that I did before the lunch made me feel really in a good mood! 

Now I'm taking a break to eat something (some fruits and a fresh yogurt) and maybe later my daughter will come to me for a coffee and some chats. There's something better for a simple Wednesday? ^_^
