Sometimes I wish we were called Keas (smartest birds in the world)

Have to check out this bird. Looks like he can handle himself.
According to wikipedia there are only 3,000 to 7,000 left.
Oh yes - and they can handle your car if you park it and walk off too!
They have been known to totally write off cars that were left with a window open because they just love trashing stuff.
They are very cool, and a bit like cats - you can hand feed them, but keep in mind that their beaks are like wire cutters!
PS - the numbers are growing now but they are hard to count because they live in the mountains. Farmers used to hunt them up until about 40 years ago because they sometimes kill and eat sheep!
I guess they are to big to make pets out of. Need special facilities to keep them.
They really like ski fields - cars to trash, food to steal, lots of snow
