Christmas will Always be Christmas!
Happy new year lovely people of Steemit!
Hope you had a good christmas and new year, I missed all of you (I know you don’t) and being on Steemit after few days of rest online. So, how are you? I am still excited and still at the hype of holiday seasons. Oh 2019, Year of the Pig. There is a feeling on me that this year’s gonna be exciting and extraordinary! Do you feel it too? Let’s proclaim positivity all through out our beautiful community.
I know christmas is over and may be late for posting christmas celebration but please allow me anyway, promise it won’t be long :)
We Filipinos, start celebrating christmas on eve. means we go to church before christmas eve, preparing delicious foods ahead of time and by the time the clock struck twelve, everyone gathers to eat. It’s a very special feasts, usually scrumptious traditional dishes is served in a filipino family table.
Now, it is of my great pleasure to share our christmas celebration away from home (Philippines). We had spaghetti, noodles soup (lomi), grilled chicken, coconut jelly (buko pandan) and spring roll (lumpia) for christmas eve - that was a lot already! This christmas is very special, because we had just michael (my son) a couple of months back and it's my parents first time to celebrate christmas in a foreign country.

We went to church on christmas day since there was no mass before christmas eve here in UAE.
Truly, a family is where the heart is… A family is Love! Our hearts is full of gratefulness that we are able to celebrate christmas almost complete in family members. We prayed before having our feast and an endless stories and laughters goes on and on. Everyone can’t wait for the exchanging gifts. It’s always a beautiful feeling that christmas takes you back from the happy memories of childhood. A thought that matters most….
I am in love with christmas, it’s my favorite time of the year - It is where i feel like to be child again :D …… No worries, just love!
I know christmas can be everyday, if we make it in our hearts that everyday is christmas. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to wish you lots of love and blessings all through out.
