Of Knowledge & Ignorance

This post is a continuation of my previous post A Man Is Also Known By The Words He Speaks

When “Knowledge” asks “Ignorance,” how “ignorant are you?” And, condescendingly Knowledge challenges, “You have yet to share this foolproof method that somehow, no one but you has ever figured out,” Ignorance politely responds:

Every time I acknowledge my ignorance, it adds to new knowledge. Not too long ago my ignorance made me judge people by using my own yardsticks. If it wasn’t for my ignorance I wouldn’t have learnt that judging a character does not define the character, it only defines who I am.

So in response to critic’s judgment of my ignorance, I will not judge their assessment. But I certainly can answer the – “how ignorant I am” – question. Here’s my short answer: I was indeed ignorant until my critics inspired me with this new knowledge:

“It’s knowledge if it appeals, it’s ignorance if it doesn’t.”

For a long answer, I would invite you to keep the conversation open and do come back to more of my radical thinking.

But, coming to think of the dynamics between ignorance and knowledge, don’t you think all knowledge evolves from the state of lack of knowledge (ignorance). So isn’t ignorance the mother of knowledge? Not bad to be ignorant enough to sire new knowledge. It’s my ignorance that persistently keeps spinning off new knowledge.

Wow what a radical way to look at ignorance. Proud to be ignorant though LOL.
