Thanks to everyone who attended my presentation on nutrition and mindsets - Eating 4 Results.

Today we shared 9 different mindsets. Some positive and some negative. Mindsets on how we behave instinctively, mindlessly and how we view nutrition based on personal perspective and via societal expectations.

The goal is to change/ adjust how we view nutrition as a whole. Our overall relationship with food and water.

I am always grateful for opportunities that allow me to be myself and hopefully people received value from the perspectives and information I gave today.

Nutrition is all about mindfulness, respect and mindsets. Attitudes, routines and behaviours.

Calories v’s nutrient density. Fat loss v’s fat minimisation. Eating for performance v’s for pleasure.

Nutrition in all its forms is our medicine and our regulator.

We also touched on autophagy, ketosis, fasting and mindfulness.

To build the reflection you want to see in your life you have to build relationships with nutrition that support the vision.

Next seminars will be on Essential Oils in a two part series.
