External motivation has a limited life span and in many ways becomes superficial over time.
The world we live in is full of fluffy moments and internet memes however nothing is more empowering than knowledge.
In my experience success comes from a focus on learning and knowledge and if you want to pave way for change in your life you need to seek solutions from greater understanding and education.
It takes an effort to learn things.
Growth mindsets are paramount to personal evolution.
Be open to new information.
Absorb and apply where you need it most.
Combine this with experiences and you are on your way to the top.

Agree with you 100% on this!! Sometimes I do think a bit of fluff is good :) but ultimately I agree, I’ve found more clarity in life with learning, reading and re-educating myself than I ever did with when just focusing on the fluff.
Fluff never has any substance. It is a distraction to worthy ideals. For me as I have gotten older I find I tend to just focus on what is relevant and genuine. Time is precious and so is our sanity. Everyday I just run and work towards better. The rest just gets pushed to the side.

I find I need constant motivation or I get discouraged. I do seek personal growth. How do you manage to stay so disciplined and consistent? You make a ton of posts a day! I put like 3 hours into a post a week! You joined Steemit a while back! How much have you learned so far?
Motivation is internal and is driven by values and worthy ideals. I am inspired by my visions and desire to contribute. This is the secret. Establish goals that are big and demand your full attention. When we align with these things we find ourselves doing what we love and motivation is easier to manifest. I spend 30mins per day on Steemit and Golos to either make posts of relevance and/or comment on others peoples efforts. Time management is required. Document your life rather than manufacture content. It is easier this way and more authentic.
Do what you love to do.
