Startup series continued -Failed food ordering APP
Back in 2015, I partnered with 2 other friends to develop and launch a product.
Food Ordering App for Students
What Happened
We developed the product and launched in US markets, but within few days knew we need a strong marketing team and cash to get good adoption. Besides there was a competition which launched around the same time.
Positives
We had native apps, faster and advanced features.Blue tooth beacon support was an advanced tool merchants liked.
Users liked it,good feedback
Negatives
Being native apps,We had two code base to support and higher dev cost where as competition used ionic framework and one code base
Biggest issue was infighting among the co-founders.
Company was closed down, but it was a good experience !!! We used this experience to create another product related to food business .Hope that would be successful!!!!

Better team.Right from the beginning there was an issue with one of the founders.
