The Root Sources of creativity

Everyone is creative, creativity is a natural,spontaneous characteristic of positive individuals with high self esteem.Companies that create a positive working environment receive a steady flow of ideas from everyone on the staff because the environment allows creative thinking. Individuals are allowed to express their feelings thereby allowing each and everyone to speak out without discrimination or bias.
past experiences play a big role in how creative you are in the present. To Creative people,it seem to them,because of their background that generating ideas and creative thinking is normal and natural to them. Creative people on the other hand have often had negative environments, starting with childhood and continuing through different jobs, here they have generally accepted that they are not particularly creative at all.even when they have good ideas, which they often do, they will reject or ignore the ideas, believing that if they are the source, the ideas cant be good. When you are among people who are willing to hear your ideas or work in companies where your superiors encourage and stimulate and respect your ideas, you feel yourself to be more creative in your job.
your present situations also have a role to play in the creative thinking capability. are your ideas welcomed where you work? or are they ridiculed and criticized? in the 1990s, Eastman Kodak was a $60billion company that dominated the world of film, then after many years of work and research, the scientists at Eastman Kodak discovered a new process called "digital photography" that did not require film to take and print photographs. When taken to senior managers, they were roundly criticized and told "the idea is no good; Kodak is a film company and this technology does not require film". Within a few years, the Japanese camera manufacturers leaped all over the idea of digital photography, bringing out new digital cameras one after another, and soon, Kodak was finished.
The person you see in yourself also determines how creative you are, if you see yourself as being smart and creative then you would feel confident in yourself to express your ideas, and on the other hand if you see yourself as being dumb you would not be able to voice out your ideas even when they make perfect sense.
