Welcoming Change And Bracing Up For Challenges

in #life5 years ago

No matter what you feel and what your opinion is, there is something that is constant and keeps happening every now and then - that is "change". Every action (and inaction) by you or someone else leads to a certain type of change. The truth is; your action may be decided by you but the complementary results (or change) is void of your decision. This means that you can choose only your actions but not what the result of your actions will be.

Someone begins to die when they stop changing. Stagnation is one of the worst killers. But as long as you embrace change, then there is always a chance of survival. Nothing is as frustrating as someone remaining in the same position for long. This is why change is very needful.

Imagine if someone remains in primary school longer than normal without moving to high school, what do you think their life will become? - obviously they will be very frustrated and lonely.

For you to move forward, there must be change, but the truth is, not all change is positive. This is the reason you should initiate the kind of change you need for you to move forward. If you do not create a pathways for your required change, then you might become a victim of the consequences of other people's change.

As you change from one position or class to another (probably a higher one), one thing you should expect is a tougher challenge. For example; the exam you took in primary school was not tough and challenging compared to the one you took at your final year in the college. This is because you have changed level and something bigger (your degree) is at stake in college.

When you welcome change, you should also brace up for the complementary challenges that accompany it - this proves that you are set for yet another change. If you shy away from confronting the opposition presented by your new level, you may not change to another level. Remember this; you need to pass some exams before entering a new and higher class.
