Important stuff. In my country (the netherlands) we have our independence day, 5th of may, where everyone is quiet for two full minutes to remember all those who sacrificed everything to free us.
That's great. It is important that we remember the ones that gave their lives so that we could enjoy our freedom.
oh they have the same here in The Nederlands
they call it Herdenking's Dag .. translated as memorial day - literally
but it's every 4th of May
and they observe silence too
then 5th of May is Independence Day ...
reminds me of Band of Brothers ...
Mexico and USA celebrate Cinco de Mayo battle of Puebla. A lot of cervezas to party!!!
