If you could travel in time 10,000 years into the future or into the past, which would you choose?
Assuming our current technology can only send you there. So unless the destination has the technology to send you back, then you won't be able to return.*
Of course you can also just choose to stay in the present.
What would you do and why?

Considering that the solar system is moving at - what - 800,000 km/h I might be stuck in the middle of space or on some other world should a time machine be able to thrust me forward or backward into time....

I gave this some thought. I would definitely go into the future because I want to meet some androids that aren't phones :)
