No bird soars too high, if he soars with his own wings
As an individual, you can go further but it's difficult to go beyond. It most cases it might be impossible. You need teams to tell you what is difficult and how to overcome the obstacles beyond that wall.
A team helps to strive, pushes you to your limits until you fall hard on the ground. The same team will reach out your hand and pull you back up until you reach the finish line.
In Steem, that's is why you need to engage with the community because they are your team. They will help you spread your wings and fly beyond your expectation.
