RE: How to Wake Up When You Want — Controlling your sleep routine

in #life7 years ago

Do you feel that 4-5 hours a night is enough sleep for you? Or would you rather sleep more time if you had the chance? By researching for this content, I learned that our body is super good at adjusting to the environment and that we can change our sleeping cycles.

The most important thing is getting enough sleep and quality sleep, something that I would like to research more in depth. Thanks for your comment :)

i like sleeping less, when you work 8-10 hours a day then have all the usual things like cooking eating commuting to work etc you dont end up with alot of time for yourself so i prefer to sleep very little so i have more time.
I have read that you can train your body to get enough REM sleep in a smaller time frame but i dont know how accurate it is.
