Embrace your Blue Feeling...
Being positive is tough. It feels like a continuous pressure to keep the smile, hide the pain and show the best image of us. I wonder if this can be a healthy practice? Maybe the answer is NO.

People around me, my culture, my friends make me feel, it's not right to feel bad. We have to force ourselves to show that we are okay. Also, saying we are okay can solve so many problems, no? We don't have to explain, we have to put any extra efforts to explain our mood rather saying we are doing fine is much easier. And, maybe we all do that.
It's not likely we have to feel always positive. I think, it's okay to not show others what's going inside us. But it's very necessary to be true to ourselves. To open up and talk with our inner self about what's wrong is very necessary.
Embers your blue feeling. You will survive by the time passes by but what you can learn from this can be precious. I believe, it lets us come closer to us, feel more connected to our inner self. Maybe that's why blue mood ring means the Zen state of mind, I don't know.

I also think that this can not be a healthy practice if you want to keep the smile and hide the pain. If you feel bad yourself, then it is important not to smile. One thinks oneself, one sees it, but it's not that way, no one can see through one. I think it's important to be honest with yourself. If we smile, even though we are not feeling well, then we are not honest with ourselves and then it can become a forced smile and people are certainly not happy, because you will notice that already. We can take our pain to life without hurting or being rude. And there are often enough reasons for not always feeling positive because what we experience is not always positive. I think you can not always show the other what's going on in us. But I also find that we come closer to our inner self when we speak with our inner self. And I think this is the place where we can meet the next person.
Totally agree. Every emotions has its own meaning and listening to it is necessary. Hiding, trying to get rid of it always does not work.

@rem-steem
As long as you can't sit in others seat you can't feel them. That's why I try to see things from their eyes.
