A teacher's role may vary among cultures.Teaching is a highly complex activity ,This is in part because teaching is a social practice, that takes place in a specific context .not everyone can be a Teacher who have been successful in playing the role.

Some qualities that are meant to be in Teachers :

As manager of instructions
As caring person [as every student expects]
The teacher as expert learner and
The teacher as cultural and civic person.

Well as it seems that teachers who showed enthusiasm towards the course materials and students can create a positive learning experience.We do met in our life to some and they do become our favorite on the list .Enthusiastic teachers are particularly good at creating beneficial relations with their students.

It is often seen that Teachers that exhibit enthusiasm can lead to students who are more likely to be engaged, interested, energetic, and curious about learning the subject matter.

Misconduct by teachers :

It is not very much found but as it seems it is one of the most shameful act that can be found in very person that we know as Teachers.For Suppose aggressive behavior towards students ,sexual misconduct .We should be aware of them and stood up to their actions.We should respect every Teacher but only for a few no of bad guided Teacher not every one of them should be blamed .

Occupational Hazards :

It is not an easy profession to be unlike other profession the Teachers also face several occupational hazards in their line of work,like occupational stress, which can negatively have a great impact on teachers on both mental and physical health, productivity, and students performance.Which will result in bad outcome for both the teachers and students.

Some steps that can be taken to relieve Occupational Hazards of Teachers :

Well to be precise a Teacher is indeed playing a very important role and the society and others could make this stress and hazards a little less for them and by which it will improve their role in a much better way thus will be helpful for society and the others.Supposedly like changing teachers' schedules, providing support networks and offering promotions and bonuses, may be effective in helping to reduce occupational stress among teachers.
