Thank you very much, yes we are all victims of some bad habits and psychologically we must not fight much with ourselves to get rid of what we do not want to do! so as not to lose confidence in ourselves, and try to diminish bad habits little by little and do a lot of sport which is an effective method to have a new positive vision to life.
