How to create the life you want in 5 simple to do steps

  1. Understand that your thoughts are limited to the life you are currently living. Whether you love your life or hate it, by placing these emotional connections to it you are anchoring yourself to it. Your thoughts as they are have created the exact life you are living.

  2. Want to live a different life and believe you can have it. Before reading any further, check your mind, body and soul and see if you truly believe that you can have a different life. If you find any resistance, it is your job and solely your job to clear these resistances. How to do so will be covered in another article.

  3. Use the highest part of your imagination to see the world (and the universe) as a great big ocean of energy, of which you are a limitless part. If you cannot imagine this, perhaps due to logic and reasoning, then imagine yourself imagining this. This you can do. This ocean contains every want and desire you have, all the ingredients of the life you want are here.

  4. Know what it is exactly you want and imagine the energy of that in this ocean. Imagine that there is no separation of you and the energy of your desire. Again, if you can’t do this, then imagine yourself imagining.

  5. Focus on yourself attracting this energy into your life. Do this as much as you can throughout the day, but keeping the belief at all times that you truly believe you can change your life.

Be patient, depending on where your mind is energetically when you begin this exercise, you may have to wait longer (as old energies / subconscious patterns move out). Keep the faith and you will be rewarded – it is easier to look backwards with joy at what you’ve achieved than look forward with fear at what you may not achieve.

e.g. if you are depressed with your life, you cannot expect sudden happiness if you don’t have any patterns of happiness floating around in your mind. But trust that you will attract into your life the steps you need to take to get you into the right mind by following the above steps.

It is best to perform these exercises as you are falling asleep in bed, in meditation or are completely in a low brainwave state (you can self-induce by letting yourself go when listening to low-frequency binaural beats). This is because your subconscious is most susceptible to change in these times. However, do practice this as often as possible for maximum effect.
