Man from Venus - Valiant Thor

I recently saw a talking show about aliens on TV.
They said there is a man named Valiant Thor who landed his spaceship with three members of crew on Earth in Alesandria, Virginia in 1957.
His crew members met two police officers, weapons drawn. They had a message to deliver:
They came here to visit Pentagon and talk to president Dwight D. Eisenhower and vice president Richard Nixon.
People who met the man of Venus have described him: he was about 2 meters tall, 85 kg, brown hair and clear brown eyes with a warm smile, pretty much like a normal human being. His voice was mellow and very strong. On the internet there is written that his IQ was 1200, blood system was that of an octopus, he had 6 fingers and he could speak nearly 100 languages.
Valiant Thor
He came with strange clothing that were different material of we know. He had given it to several so they could do some tests with it. Now he was wearing the same type of clothing like humans. But he showed one piece of his "suit" that glittered as the sun hit the material through the window. It looked like liquid sunshine. Valiant said that this material is unknown on Earth.
After the meeting was arranged, President Eisenhower first asked the man to prove where he is coming from and Valiant asked him kindly to follow him to his ship. The President refused and asked to stay with them there for a while.
Valiant was requested to follow the Secret Service into a nice apartment where he would spend the next three years.
He also said that they are coming to and going from Earth constantly. There are presently seventy seven of aliens staying in the United States. They were worried about our nuclear capabilities and how nuclear warfare could lead to the obliteration of the human race.
Meanwhile, there are maintained secret files that could actually prove the existence of intelligent life in the universe beyond all doubt.
Dr. Frank Stranges, who had top-secret security clearance at the Pentagon,
wrote a book about this - “Stranger at the Pentagon”. I am sure it is very interesting to read.
Even President Eisenhower’s family members, including his great granddaughter, Laura Eisenhower, insist that the story is true.
Whether it is one great science-fiction story or not, is up to you. It depends of your believings which part of it is true, which is somebody’s fantasy.

For me, what loses the story any creditability is the mention of Venus. They could not have evolved on Venus and if they come from outside our system, it would make far more sense for them to create habitats out of an asteroid or two.
It is said that whenever a fictional story is written, a reality is created where it exists - which might be why they say, if you can imagine it, it is a possibility.
I've tried to imagine how many alternate realities must exist with different laws, just to accommodate the stories of species from Venus, Mars and even from the moon.
Maybe in those realities, and others, these species have SF stories about intelligent life existing on Earth.
Oops! Maybe this is the reality where they imagine it?
