People say,"You've changed" like its a bad thing. But is change bad? Is getting out of your usual loop bad?
I personally don't think that change is always bad. Perhaps a change in habit or behavior is a good thing after all, especially if you're transitioning from bad to good.
Change is to life what spices are to food. The perfect balance of salt in your food makes it delicious but the absence or excess of it ruins.
A thief decides to change himself and become someone who earns his daily bread. That wouldn't be a bad change. Nevertheless, his friends would say,"You've changed" like it IS a bad thing but it is not.
Not every change is good either.
A nice and gentle guy decides to change himself to get a "Bad-Boy" image just to please someone. That wouldn't be a good change on his character. It would just make him pretend to be someone who he isn't.
So what do you guys think. Is change bad, like everyone seem to say or you differ in your opinion on that?
I think change is almost always good, as long as the person who wants to change does it to fits his need and in order to improve his life.
I've had to change several times in the last few years, sometimes improving things about myself, sometimes making little adjustments to my behavior in order to become a better person.
While people are afraid of change, because it brings something new into their life, and most people don't like the new and unknown, I think we should embrace everything that can help us change the bad things about us, in order to evolve as people and improve our life.

That pretty much sums up what i was trying to say.
There is a certain perception of you with which people befriend you! With that perception comes a certain amount of expectation of you as a person that the other person wants you to deliver. Sometimes when you fail to deliver people say you changed! Lets talk about the same thief, the people of his gang mostly would expect him to be thief, what if the thief suddenly decides to change for good! The other theives mostly wont be happy! But to his other friend who is not a thief, when he learns that this guy stopped robbing, he be happy! Change is always good, if not today or tomorrow, it will take you to a better place the day after!
I believe change makes us a better person.
In my mind change can be good or bad depending what you change!
