They are very easy to clean. All you need to do is use a residue free shampoo and that's it! Wash once or twice a week. They get less greasy and dirty than regular hair and require no blow drying or styling. I love it. And the only way they would fall out is if you mess with tightening the roots too much. I don't mess with them at all the best thing to do is leave them be and do their own thing.
