It does take a while to break these bad habits. I’ve gone 6 months without sugar of any kind and when I release the reins it seems I went off the rails. It was like my body was craving sugar as if each piece of sweet was the last I’d ever have. I’m still working on getting everything back together. Haha… I guess moderation is key here but who wants to hear that 🤷🏼♀️ Keep up the good work :)
