Having the intention of being happy!
Having the intent of being happy, can even extend to mentally making sure that little petty disturbances that may occur during the day does not ruin the rest of the day for you. Let small things go and don’t cling to negativity with the intent of being happy.
Cultivate joy! Hang on to those good feels. Do things that make you happy and bring happiness to those around you. When you make the people in your life feel happy it can be quite rewarding.
Allow yourself to feel happy and not only should you welcome the positive things in your life, but take the time to dwell and enjoy the things that bring you joy - whether it may be people, activities, or experiences.
