Weight: 210.8 lbs
Daily loss: -1.2 lbs
Total loss: - 7 lbs

Thoughts: Glad to see the scale moving in the right direction again this morning. It's not as big a drop as I would have liked, but I feel like I'm holding on to some water.

Today is a training day so I'll be having my free meal. Again, I will keep it simple and have a mozzarella, tomato and pesto wrap with some mango for dessert.

I will be increasing my fluid intake today to try to flush away some more water weight.
