That's a good list of traits! But it appears to me that they're valid regardless of gender. Well, maybe except number 4 - although men shouldn't regard women as weak either ;-)

It's certainly true that lots of women don't follow those guidlines as much as men.
I recently read an article about how women seem to give up faster when they don't feel like doing good enough.
A lot of the perceived inequality seems to come from a general lack of self-esteem in women. But I feel like we're getting over that slowly.
