Never tried using corrugated sheeting for raised beds - always used wood.
Any advantages / disadvantages v wood?

The corrugated metal made it fairly cheap to build these long beds. Other than cost I don't believe you get much more advantage over using wood for a raised bed. The metal may last longer than the wood. From what I remember getting soil was about the same cost as building these beds. We had to get some soil trucked in from a local feed an seed in town who gave us a big discount on it.
