Therapy for my back, again!
Dorsolombalgia, a very fancy word for some decent back pain.
Luckily it will all be fixed with another round of manual therapy by an osteopath.
It works, but ... bloody hell... does it need to be that painful?
Sincerely,

Be careful, chiropractιcs some times make things worse. If you are at an early stage , the best would be to stay in bed for 2-3 days, and when the pain disappears, you should do some exercises (you may find them in the web), which would not take you more than 10 minutes a day.If you want to help the infection go, then Voltaren (75mg-three time a day), would help. However be advised that Voltaren in some cases is very "tricky" with the stomach, you should therefore not take it with empty stomach.
I know, but these guys are the real deal. It helps me a lot, it is just the day of the therapy it hurts a lot...
My cousin is an osteopath, everytime he visits he put every bone in my body in place, and holy god does it hurt, keep strong pele23, you'll get better soon!
Best of luck, my friend. I've dealt with back pain before, but I've been fine for thirty years, so there is hope!
