Beijinhos de chocolate

75 g Chocolate preto
6 Folhas de gelatina
240 g Açúcar
90 ml Água
1 Colher (sopa) Sumo de Limão

Preparação

Hidrate as folhas de gelatina num recipiente com água fria. Reserve
Coloque o sumo de limão, o açúcar e os 90 ml de água num tacho e deixe ferver em lume brando durante 15 minutos até obter um caramelo dourado.
Retire do lume, adicione as folhas de gelatina bem espremidas e mexa bem. Reserve.
Bata as claras em castelo firme e adicione (sem parar de bater) o preparado anterior (do caramelo).
Coloque numa forma (20×20) previamente forrada com papel vegetal e untada com óleo. Levar ao frigorífico 24 h para solidificar.
Na hora de servir, corte em quadrados e polvilhe com cacau em pó.
