How to Become an Early Riser and Save 1000's of Precious hours of your life !!!

Have you ever questioned yourself how turning into an early riser could make huge differences in your life?

I bet, NO! Because most of us never think about it and the sad thing is that we don't even care that we are wasting the most valuable thing in life, TIME. 

Just imagine for a while the you that are struggling to wake up in the morning, and daily turn the alarm off only to wake up at the very last minute. You then unknowingly put everything in your bag, get ready for office, school or college in the quickest way possible without even knowing which room you should go there.

Now imagine yourself waking up hours earlier than usual, getting ready, taking some time to think about yourself, having an excellent breakfast, and then taking a look at your schedule and making sure you are completely ready and have everything you need for the day. You are motivated, determined, and living with intention.

I am damn sure you can imagine the difference between the above two conditions. The second you is definitely more sharper, more prepared, and possibly happier. The second you is more ready for the challenges and tasks ahead.

So, here are few tips for becoming an Early Riser and living a happy life:

1 - Always Try to sleep earlier:

You might be used to staying up late, perhaps watching TV or surfing the Internet. But if you continue this habit, you will see many bad effects on your health, especially eyes. So, it's better to sleep early at night. It's not that much difficult as you are thinking. Just try going to bed earlier, if you think you won't sleep, then read while in bed. If you’re tired, you might fall asleep much sooner than you think. That Simple !!!

2 - Always place your alarm clock far from your bed:

Because, If it’s right next to your bed, you’ll shut it off comfortably. While, If it’s placed far from your bed, then you have to get up out of bed to shut it off. By then, you’re up. Now you just have to wash your face.

3 - Start Off Small:

Always start slowly, by waking up just 20-30 minutes earlier than the previous day. Get used to it for a few days. Repeat this every day until you get to your goal time.

4 - Make a good breakfast:

Perhaps I’m a simple guy, but I always find it’s easier to get out of bed when I'm looking forward to eating some delicious breakfast.

5 - Enjoy the beautiful break of dawn! 

Get outside and enjoy the scenic beauty of the dawn and watch the sky turn light. It’s beautiful. And it’s quiet and peaceful. It’s now my favorite time of day. 

6 - Discipline, discipline, discipline !!!

Developing the habit of waking up early is like forging any other habit. It takes discipline and commitment. You just have to do it.
