Nice! Too far for me to be useful, but it looks great there! Love your list too. What's your timeline? You're starting from scratch, and it's gonna be awesome to watch it all come together!
Timeline? LOL - I just work as hard as I can six days a week and await the results and completion. It's easier for me that way.
