HOW LONG DOES A FEELING LAST?

We don't know how to feel. We confuse feeling with thinking, we should learn to say "I feel therefore I am" instead of falling into "I think therefore I am". In a symphony and in life we can be attentive to short times like those of the violin or we can ignore this "continuous" thread and only pay attention to repetitions that, like the beating of a drum, take longer to return. Often we only feel when there is pain or we are only aware of our feelings with each end of a ritual, some only at the end of life know that they have lived. When a cycle repeats the comparison between these two times allows us to reflect. The greater the repetitions, the greater the reflection, the greater the awareness. In the body a low tone or muscle tone (a Gymnastics) is a slow cycle that like the drum takes longer to repeat. The middle cycles are typical of the heart, of the Pulse (P) and the high cycles, like those of the violin, are typical of brain waves. These high tones feel like an electric shiver, which we will call Senso (S) because it is responsible for the sensations, is detected with electroencephalograms (EEG) on the skin of the head and electrocardiograms (ECG) on the skin of the chest and extremities.

Energy is music, vibration, cycles that repeat themselves, waves that shake in the "brain sea". Those electrical waves in neurons, like the waves of the sea or the strings of a piano, also have three basic tones: high tones that vibrate about 40 cycles/second are called the gamma wave band, midtones that vibrate at 10 cycles/second are called the tetha wave band and low tones are called the 1 cycle/second delta band. The frequency of 1 oscillation/second is also the rhythm of the heart and of many voluntary movements, it is a time (one black, two eighth notes) for the conductor. Waking reptiles' brains oscillate at 1 cycle/second. To feel is to resonate. We are waves made of waves. We're short waves galloping over long ones. We are energy feeling energy. This tide of waves interfering with each other (Senso) forms a rainbow of colored rings and little dots that you can see when you close your eyes or rub your eyelids. These points are electrons that make our ears ring and run through our skin in the form of a chill. This inner sound, which, like the violin marks the short times, is the baton that shakes the cardiac pacemaker (Pulse) and both (Senso and Pulse) tension the muscles so that they, when playing the long times, serve as a carrier wave of feeling.
