I survived my suicide attempt.. my depression was really dark and it's exactly what you said your head only gives u one option Suicide. A lot of people look down or judge them for this decision many times the very medications they give u to deal with your depression gives you the thought of suicide . Now I'm an advocate to show people no matter how low we can climb out of it ... happiness is only found within yourself .
